How Do I View My Orders?

Once you are logged in, click on your Username>>Buying >> Orders

The order statuses include

Active: These are orders you have made and are in progress

Delivered: These are orders, that you have placed and have been delivered by the seller.

Completed: These are completed orders delivered by the seller and accepted by you

Canceled: These are orders that either you or the seller has Cancelled

All: These are All orders that have been purchased on Apexlancer

How do I accept a delivery?

·        Once logged in, click on your Username>>Buying>>My orders

·        Within the My Orders listing page, find the Delivered order

·        Within the Order page, click Accept or Revision

·        Rate and leave a review

·        The order will then be marked as Finished

How do I cancel an order?

Contact Customer Support if you have an issue with the delivered service or the seller and they will advise you on how to proceed with the order
